Welcome to Yo'Nyama, the flagship brand of Richland Foods Ltd. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in the Republic of Uganda.
2. Order Acceptance
All orders placed through our platform are subject to product availability and acceptance by Richland Foods Ltd. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We strive for accuracy but in the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing the order. Payment is required in full via our accepted payment methods (Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer) before or upon delivery as specified.
4. Product Representation
We attempt to display the colors and appearance of our meat products as accurately as possible. However, as meat is a natural product, variations in color, marbling, and texture are normal and expected. Weights provided are approximate and may vary slightly due to the manual cutting process.
5. Limitation of Liability
Richland Foods Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or the inability to use our services. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
