Perishable Goods Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products (fresh, frozen, and processed meats), we generally do not accept returns once a product has been delivered and accepted.
However, we understand that quality issues can arise. Our policy is designed to protect your health and ensure you always receive the best from Yo'Nyama.
Reporting Quality Issues
If you are unsatisfied with the quality, freshness, or condition of your meat upon delivery, please follow these steps:
- Report the issue within 2 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photographs of the product and its original packaging.
- Keep the product in its delivered state (refrigerated/frozen) until we advise otherwise.
Resolution Options
Replacement
We will prioritize sending you a fresh replacement of the same item at no additional delivery cost.
Store Credit
If a replacement is not available or desired, we will issue store credit to your account for future purchases.
