Where do you source your meat from?

We source our livestock from over 100 partnered farmers across Uganda. We prioritize grass-fed, ethically raised animals to ensure the highest quality and nutrition.

Is your meat Halal certified?

Yes, all our prime cuts are hygienically handled and strictly Halal certified. We follow stringent religious and food safety guidelines in all our production processes.

Can I request custom cuts?

Absolutely! One of our core services for both home cooks and institutions is our willingness to go the extra mile with custom preparation. You can specify your cutting requirements during the ordering process.

What is your delivery coverage?

We currently deliver to all areas within Greater Kampala and Wakiso. For large institutional orders outside these regions, please contact our sales department for special logistics arrangements.

How should I store my meat upon delivery?

Our meat is delivered fresh and should be refrigerated immediately (0°C to 4°C). For long-term storage, we recommend freezing in airtight packaging to maintain flavor and texture.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery and direct Bank Transfers. While we are integrating mobile money options, these are temporarily disabled to ensure the smoothest transaction experience.
